- The starting wage for production is $13.50, then $14.00 once rolled over at 90 days
- The starting wage for welders is $16.50, after passing weld qualifications potential $18.50. Determined by experience and certifications
- We value work/life balance, all employees receive paid vacation and holidays. ADVANCE notice on overtime and FLEXIBLE overtime work schedule.
- After 90 days full benefits include; medical, dental, vision, supplemental benefits and company paid life insurance. In addition we offer a 401k plan with company match.
